Junior Sailing Weekend
Start Your Heart Out Regatta
Congratulations to Risa Scott and her crew on Mille Onde for taking the overall in the PHRF class in the Start Your Heart Out Regatta and to Luke Sayer and his crew on Sea Q for taking the overall in the Non-spin class. The results from each race as well as the overall can be seen on the PHRF Race tab.
This annual regatta features a series of 5 short races targeted to give crews the chance to practice the all important start for a race. The winds were gusting ranging from 8 to 16 knots making the race committee's work more challenging and making each of the five races very different.

Queen Mary Regatta - Cancelled
Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is with deep regret we announce the cancellation of the Queen Mary Regatta which was to be held on Saturday, July 7th. This race has been held for the past 21 years, annually racing from the start in Redondo Beach and finishing off the stern of the Queen Mary in Long Beach.
We apologize if this cancellation leaves a hole in your racing calendar. We are working to resolve the problems that plagued this year's race and hopefully will be able to host this event in 2013.

Cal 20 - Taco Tuesdays Series 2
This Tuesday, June 5th, we will be starting the second series in our Cal 20 - Taco Tuedays regatta. Due to the overwhelming demand, and to make sure we can get the boats out to the start line in time, we are moving the skippers' meeting to 17:15 on X dock next to Slip X-2
