Cal 20 Fever - Registration Open

Time to get those Cal-20s out on the water. Skippers have a choice of either Saturday or Sunday racing - hoping to get three races in each day. Choose your boat and your crew and hopefully we will get over 20 different people out on the water over the weekend. NORs are available for review on the Cal 20 Tab. Registration is now open.

Commodore's Challenge - Cancelled

The 2014 Commodore's Challenge is a special event designed to get more SYC members to enjoy racing. There are two classes - a Rookie Class which is open only to members who have not raced their vessel in more than 2 regattas hosted by SYC in either 2012 or 2013 (with the exception of the 2013 Commodore's Challenge) and the Cal 20 Class which requires a minimum of one crew member who has not raced in a Cal 20 event hosted by Shoreline Yacht Club in 2013. Start Your Heart Out is Cancelled

Due to severe weather predictions, the Start Your Heart Out Regatta has been cancelled.

LBHS - Rites of Spring Race - March 8th

Rites of Spring Regatta is the first race in the Long Beach Harbor Series. It is hosted by Shoreline Yacht Club on March 8th. There will be a Spin and a Non-Spin PHRF class as well as One Design Classes as needed.  NORs are posted and a link to the Entry Form on the Long Beach Harbor Series Website can be found under the PHRF Races Tab above.

Start Your Heart Out - March 1st

Start Your Heart Out is a series of five short races - start / upwind and downwind legs - to get tuned up for the racing season. NORs are up and registration is now open for Spin / Non-spin, ORCA and One Design Classes. Visit the PHRF Racing tab above.

There and Back Avalon Update - New SI's Posted

Our first race of the season is here! We currently have ten boats signed up for THERE AND BACK Regatta this weekend. Still room for more. Sign up is under Club Races tab. Skippers meeting is at 18:30 on Friday.
